Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were overwhelmed during my stay, leading to a chaotic check-in process, and the room we received felt inadequate, especially being next to a laundry area. On a positive note, the staff was quick to assist me when I had a minor accident and offered first aid supplies. Overall, the property could use some upkeep, and I felt that my room didn't justify the amount we paid.
I stayed here during a busy triathlon event, so the hotel was completely booked. The check-in process felt overwhelmed, and the staff seemed quite busy, leaving me unattended for around 10 minutes. We ended up in a less desirable room next to the laundry area, which wasn't great. Despite that, the staff were attentive when I had a small accident and provided first aid supplies. The dining experience was unfortunate as well, with long wait times for food, so we opted to eat elsewhere. All in all, the experience had its ups and downs.
I stayed at this hotel during a triathlon event, so it was completely booked. The check-in was overwhelming due to the high volume of guests, and the staff seemed a bit frazzled, which led to a lengthy wait. Our room was not great, positioned right next to the laundry area, but the staff was cheerful and attentive when we needed help. Although the restaurant service was slow, the staff did try their best to assist us when needed, especially during a minor accident. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but a few issues made it less than ideal.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was bustling and the staff tried their best despite being overwhelmed, I felt my overall experience was marred by a chaotic check-in process and an unclean room. The dining service was slow, but the staff did provide first aid when needed, showing they care.
I stayed at this hotel during a busy triathlon event, which made the check-in process a bit chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I had to wait for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Our room was unfortunately on the ground floor, near the laundry area, and the sheets were dusty. However, the cleaning lady was cheerful and changed them for us. Dining was also disappointing, as we were told dinner would take an hour, so we opted for the hotel next door. On the upside, the staff was helpful when I had a minor accident and provided first aid supplies.
